How it works

1. Upload your documents. PDF, Word (.docx), Excel (.xlsx), CSV, text or Markdown, up to 20 MB per file, in a space reserved for your company.
2. They are indexed in the background. Your client area shows you when each document is ready.
3. Ask your question in plain language. The answer is written from the most relevant passages of your documents, with the list of documents consulted.
4. Check what matters at the source. The AI relies on your documents but may misread a passage: for an important decision, reread the document cited.

Frequently asked questions

Can a scanned PDF be read?

A PDF with no selectable text is transcribed by the AI. A long or poor-quality scan may only be partly read: prefer PDFs that contain text.

Who can view my documents?

Members of your company authorised according to their role. No other client of the platform has access to them.

Are my documents sent to an external service?

To write an answer, the relevant passages of your documents are sent to our AI provider, Anthropic (Claude); a scanned PDF is sent to it in full when it is read.

Can I delete a document?

Yes, from your client area: it is then no longer used for answers.
