How it works
- Paste or upload your document. A contract, an invoice or a question, directly from your workspace.
- Contract analysis. Risks, missing clauses, compliance points and recommendations. For a Moroccan company, each clause is checked against official Moroccan texts, with a PDF report.
- Invoice check. Mandatory mentions, consistency of amounts, VAT rates and intra-EU VAT number, under French rules.
- Document templates. Non-disclosure agreement, terms of sale, service agreement, fixed-term employment contract or partnership agreement, under French law, in your company’s name, with the information to complete clearly flagged.

Where do the reference texts come from?
For France, from the official corpus of codes published by the DILA; for Morocco, from official government texts and the Official Bulletin. To check a French legal reference online, there is a separate module, Légifrance Verification.
Are my documents kept?
No. The contracts and invoices analyzed are not stored; only the generated templates are returned to you.
