A pack tops up the quota of a paid plan that includes the service. It is non-refundable and cannot be bought with the Gratuit plan or during the trial.
Our commitments
- No set-up fee. Onboarding is included.
- No commitment. Cancel in one click; it takes effect at the end of the month paid.
- Annual: two months free. Cancel at any time: full months not yet started are refunded.
- 30-day money-back guarantee on your first payment.
- No overage billed. When a quota is reached, the action waits for the next month. You can also add a pack, where one exists for that quota, or change plan.
- Change plan at any time. To a higher plan: immediate, pro rata. To a lower plan: at the end of the period paid.
- Your data is yours. It is hosted in France and can be exported at any time.
- Free import of your contacts and customers from Excel or a CSV file.
Frequently asked questions
Do I need a credit card for the trial?
No. The trial lasts 7 days, without a card. It can be extended once by 7 days on request. Without a subscription, your account moves to the Gratuit plan, with no charge.
What happens when I reach a quota?
Nothing extra is billed. The action resumes the following month. For B2B emails and AI Receptionist minutes, you can add a pack.
Can I change plan?
Yes, from your customer area. A higher plan applies straight away: you only pay the difference for the current period. A lower plan applies at the end of the period paid.
Can I pay annually?
Yes. Annual billing costs ten monthly payments, i.e. two months free. It remains commitment-free: if you cancel, cancellation takes effect at the end of the current month and the full months not yet started are refunded. You receive a reminder 30 days and then 7 days before each renewal.
How do I cancel?
In one click from your customer area. The service stays open until the end of the month paid, then your account moves to the Gratuit plan.
Why a different price in the Maghreb and Africa?
Some plans are offered there at an adapted price, with the same services and the same quotas. Your zone depends on the country of your company's registered office, declared at sign-up.

Yes. Taxes apply according to the rules of your country.
