AI Email Assistant — Inbox
Your inbox is overflowing, and manual sorting is a job nobody chose. The AI Email Assistant reads, sorts and drafts your replies on Microsoft 365 or an IMAP mailbox.
Results you can expect
- Sorts every incoming email by category and priority, with a summary
- Drafts a reply in your company’s name, to review in your CPX space; the reply is sent within the conversation thread
- By default, nothing goes out until you click Send. If you turn on automatic sending, replies in the categories you tick go out without review
- Sensitive topics (legal, complaint, cancellation, dispute, contested billing) always stay as drafts
- Available in 3 tiers: Standard (drafts), Pro (automatic sending for chosen categories), Business (autonomous replies, enabled on request by CPX)
- An optional daily summary by email
