How it works

1. Create the appointment. From your client area, choose a prospect from your CRM or enter the contact, then the date and time.
2. Confirm in one click. Your contact receives a confirmation by email, on behalf of your company, and by SMS if they are in your CRM with a mobile number.
3. Reminders go out on their own. Turn on automatic reminders: 2 hours, the day before or 2 days before, by email and by SMS. Each reminder is sent only once.
4. Connect your calendar. With a Microsoft 365 calendar connected, each appointment takes your real availability into account and is added to your calendar, with an invitation sent to your contact.

Are reminders sent automatically?

Yes, once turned on in your client area: you choose the timing and the channels, and you can switch them off at any time.

Do my customers receive messages signed by CPX?

No. Emails are sent on behalf of your company, and replies come to you.

How does SMS work?

SMS sending is enabled for your account by the CPX team. SMS are only sent to contacts in your CRM with a mobile number, and anyone can opt out at any time.

Which calendars can I connect?

Microsoft 365. Without a connected calendar, appointments and reminders still work from your client area.
