How it works

1. Describe the service. Your client, the planned services, the amount, the payment terms and the duration; their company registration number and address if you have them.
2. Receive a ten-article contract. Purpose, duration, price and payment, each party’s obligations, intellectual property, confidentiality, GDPR, termination and governing law, drafted on behalf of your company.
3. Review and complete it. Missing information, the place and the date are flagged for completion. The contract is kept in your client area.
4. Have it reviewed, then signed. The text can be copied into your word processor; signing takes place outside the platform.

Does the contract replace a lawyer?

No. It is a working draft: have it reviewed by a legal professional before signing, especially for a high-stakes assignment.

Which law applies?

French law. The module is only available to companies established in France, and contracts are drafted in French.

Which types of contract?

The service agreement. For other templates (confidentiality, partnership…), the Legal & Accounting Assistant offers document templates.

Can I sign it online?

Not from this module: the contract is signed outside the platform. Online signature is available for quotes, in CRM Pipeline.
