How it works

1. Choose the prospect. Select them from your CRM, and their details fill in automatically, or enter them yourself. Add previous exchanges, the offer discussed and your offers if needed.
2. Choose when to follow up. 3, 7, 14 or 30 days after the last contact: the tone adapts, from a simple reminder to a last follow-up, then to long-term nurturing.
3. Get an email ready to review. A short subject line, a message of 80 words at most and a single call to action, written on behalf of your company.
4. Send it yourself. Copy the email into your mailbox. If the prospect comes from your CRM, the follow-up is logged in their history with the suggested sending date.
